I write today on behalf of the Board of Directors, Members and Staff at the Country Club of Terre Haute. I wish to extend thanks to you and your staff at Creative Golf Marketing for developing the Ambassador Preview Membership Initiative for our club.
Our partnership produced the most successful membership initiative in our Club's 108-year history. Your firm provided us with superior marketing and communications support necessary enabling CCTH to get the attention of potential new members. Additionally, your firm provided important guidance related to our Club's membership and equity fee structures.
As you know, our goal was to increase our membership by 40 new members. Upon completion of the program, we were pleased to welcome 74 new member families into CCTH. In retrospect, we are not only pleased with the significant number of new members, but also with the balance through our membership classifications. As you know, we are a full service club, providing a wide variety of activities including dining, golf, swimming, and tennis. We are most pleased to find our new membership divided evenly among our full, social, and dining only memberships. Scripting this outcome would have been impossible.
