On behalf of The Royal Oaks Country Club I would like to thank you and your staff for the outstanding Ambassador Membership Program you put together for us. I was very impressed with not only your keen insight and expertise in the Membership arena, but also with the professional manner in which you worked with our Board, Staff and Membership.
I will never forget the Boards initial reaction to your prediction of 120 new Membership families through the program. This initial skepticism was overcome however as we enjoyed the tremendous success as the program came to its conclusion. A conclusion that ended with, yes you guessed it, exactly 120 new Membership families.
We found the various letters, flyers, invitations and membership related materials to be first class and customized to match the culture of Royal Oaks Country Club. With Houston Texas being a very competitive private club marketplace, the success of your program was very impressive.
